· Parents will be allowed to schedule sessions without teacher referral. · Only those who are scheduled will be allowed to attend. GENERAL GUIDELINES
Entry to the library indicates your understanding that exposure to the coronavirus is a potential risk. Wash or sanitize your hands on entering and leaving library. Wear a mask. Stay 6-feet apart at all times. In approaching a desk, stand at markers on floor. Patrons with fever and cough, knowingly exposed to the virus or having the virus should not be in or near library. No loitering is allowed, including near bathrooms and on porches. For the safety of patrons and staff, a patron will be asked to leave for not following guidelines. |
CHECKING OUT ITEMS
You are encouraged to call ahead to let staff know authors/titles needed. If you come to the library, you will wait for staff to get the items that you need. Only 3 patrons are allowed in each building at any given time. Patrons must hold library cards to window in plexiglass shield for library staff to scan. QUESTIONS Technology questions and other inquiries will be answered, as long as social distancing is practiced. PRINTING Before printing, be sure that the Printer is set to the Xerox 7225. If unsure, the library staff will help from a safe distance. |
COMPUTER USE
On the table are color-coded sign-in sheets for you. Colors on the sheet match the computer that you will use. Before going to the computer, get a wipe from the library staff, who will hand it to you through the plexiglass window. Wipe down the keyboard, mouse, desk and chair before using. FAXING Get cover sheet from table and fill out. Hand cover sheet and documents to be faxed through the plexiglass window to library staff. Pay for faxing through plexiglass window. COPYING Hand documents to be copied through the plexiglass window to library staff. Pay for copies through plexiglass window. |
