Email Instructions:

1. Download and save the form below as YourChild’sName_TLML_SRP_2023
   Summer Reading Program Registration Form - Download File
2. Fill in the form and save your changes 
3. Email and attach the edited form to TLMLassist03@troycable.net with the email subject:​
   "YourChild'sName TLML SRP Registration 2023"
4. Once registered, check back frequently for the kick off date. Schedules and instructions are included in a packet given out at kickoff. ​
5. Don't forget to register for Reader Zone to start logging reading from 06/01/2023 - 07/14/2023 

Reader Group Definitions 

Reader groups are used to determine who the children will be reading against, what books are recommended, and sometimes, the difficulty of crafts and activities. 
For instance, independent readers are a lot more likely to use hot glue guns in their crafts. 

​Notice: Parents/guardians are responsible for signing their children up for the Summer Reading Program.
​Any lack of or incorrect information is the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian.
